Take them on a Treasure Hunt they'll never forget...The perfect Pirate Party!

Ahoy Matey! Treat that little guy or gal to the best birthday ever with a fun, pirate themed party! It all starts with the perfect party invitation to kick off the fun. Check out our newly added designs which can be custom-designed to suit your lil' captain.

Continue the fun with these great party ideas....

1. Games: Go on a treasure hunt: Make "treasure maps" out of construction paper or cardboard and take your guests on a hunt around the yard or house. Leave small "treasures" at each spot for the kids "booty" bags including chocolate gold coins or kid-friendly jewels.

2. Costumes: Ask guests to come in costume...an eyepatch, bandana, pirate hat or hook all make for a fun party adventure. Check out costume ideas at Buy Costumes or buy small accessories to pass out to guests at your local costume shop or Oriental Trading. If you are looking to utilize time at the party, have guests make their own costumes. Make hats using construction paper and jewel stickers from a craft store. Buy cheap red fabric to make a classic pirate sash or bandana and construct swords using cardboard, markers and aluminum foil. A great way to recycle common household items too!

3. Thank You Notes: Be sure to have your camera ready! Take lots of photos--individual and a group shot. Use these to make an adorable pre-printed photo thank you card for your guests. Add a magnet to the back and it makes a great keepsake for your lil' captain's friends. Read more about our magnetic photo cards at Celebrate 'N Style.

Get ready to set sail on this fun, high seas adventure!

Is the hand-written note a thing of the past?

It seems as though over the past few years my mailbox has become less filled with hand-written notes, cards and thank you's. Maybe I have less friends or is it that technology like email, social networking sites and texting have replaced the hand written note?

What do you think when you get one in the mail? Personally, I am thrilled and realize the time it took for someone to sit down and write that personalized message versus just sending a quick email let alone a MASS email--YIKES!

At Celebrate 'N Style, we aren't willing to let that hand-written note go away! You can order matching thank you notes for any occasion card you choose. Personalize with your name, a photo or simply "Thank You."

Add a fun, fold-over thank you note to any party invitation to capture one of the many "photo moments" from your event (printed on a semi-gloss cardstock)

You're never to young to learn to say "thank you." Check out our fill-in-the-blank notecards customized with your special message.

How about a professional-looking, personalized note card for all those business meetings, lunches and interviews? (printed on a plain, white cardstock)

Check out all our designs at http://www.celebratenstyle.com/ and choose from one of our already made cards or design your own. In honor of the hand-written thank you note, this week only, you can order any design (ready made or custom) for 50% off!!! Hurry, orders must be placed on the website by February 28th!!
